Transaction verification checklist

• Check process status — pending, processing, success, or failed in history panel.
• Match amount — transfer value must equal the submitted deposit/withdraw request.
• Verify timestamp — note bank cut-off hours and weekend processing delays.
• Save payment reference — copy unique ID, bank ref number, or QR receipt.
• Store proof — screenshot transfer slip before the session expires.
• Escalate mismatches — contact CS with proof if status and bank data differ.
